INGREDIENTS :
- Beetroot = 1 pcs
- Rice = 1.5 cups
- Minced meat = half a kilogram
- split peas = half a glass
- Pomegranate, dried mint and hot onion = enough
INSTRUCTION :
Grate the beets and cook.
The minced or minced meat is cut into small dumplings (balls the size of a hazelnut).
Add rice, dumplings, dried mint and hot onion to the beets being cooked.
