Shiraz vegetable aush kofta recipe in Iran

- Chickpeas = 500 grams
- Rice = 500 grams

- Oil = as needed
INSTRUCTION :
First, grind the rice and chickpeas that we have soaked for 12 hours with vegetables.
We take some of it for aush and knead the rest of the ingredients with minced meat.
Then add salt, pepper and turmeric to the minced ingredients and grind again until the ingredients are soft.
At this stage, take some of the ingredients and dig in the middle of it, put some of the ingredients in the meatballs, which are onions, raisins and walnuts, into it, turn it into a circle and arrange it in a circle in a bowl.

In a large bowl, pour some water and put on heat.
When the water boils, pour the meatballs into a bowl and let it boil for 15 minutes.
