INGREDIENTS :

  • Boneless neck meat = 600 grams
  • Hot onion = 5 to 6 tablespoons
  • Fresh vegetables (mint, leek, parsley) = 500 g

  • Rice = 2 cups
  • Oil, turmeric, salt and pepper = as needed
  • Abstract or sour yogurt = 1 kg

INSTRUCTION :

First, chop the meat and split peas with some water, salt, spices and an onion to cook well.
After washing and chopping the vegetables, cook them thoroughly with rice and a little salt and pepper.
Take the meat out of the pot and after separating the bones, mash it with a meat grinder or in a good food processor.
Then pour the minced meat with juice and chickpeas into a mixture of rice and vegetables.
