INGREDIENTS :
- Potatoes = 2 medium pieces
- Dough between sandwich bread = 125 grams
- Eggs = 1 pcs
- Milk = 1/4 cup
- Fried flour = 1 soupspons
- Onion = 1 pcs medium
- Salt, black and red pepper, turmeric and mango powder = as needed
- If you feel that the quality of your sandwich bread is not good; Use a little baking powder to empty your cutlets.
INSTRUCTION :
Wash and boil the potatoes. Peel a squash, grate it and let it cool. Roll out the dough between the sandwiches.
Grate the onion and discard the excess water. Pour the milk over the breadcrumbs. Mix all ingredients together.
And pass through the meat grinder. Leave the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to rise and reduce the stickiness of the potatoes.
Wet your hands and take balls of dough weighing approximately 50 grams and roll them into tears and roll them in breadcrumbs.
Pour oil in a pan and let it heat up. Fry the cutlets over low heat.
It absorbs some oil when it is fried. It is better to put it on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
