Sweet Badoneh recipe from Mazandaran in Iran

INGREDIENTS :
- Dried rice = 1 bowl
- Sugar = 1.5 cups
- Water = 1/3 glass
- Lemon juice = 1 tablespoon
INSTRUCTION :
First we soak the rice and drain it, then wash it to remove the rice starch. Pour into a strainer to remove the strain and dry in the sun (on a cloth)
Heat the oil and put the frying pan in the oil. When it is completely hot, fry the rice in turn until it is puffed.
Add water and sugar until it boils and becomes honey. Add the lemon juice to the last 5 minutes and pour the prepared nectar on the rice and stir quickly and pour it on a tray and beat it with a spatula to make it smooth and hard.
When cool, cut.

When rinsing, you can use food colors to color the rice.
In order to know that nectar is ready, it is necessary to pour a drop of it in a glass of cold water. If it hardens and settles, it is ready.
