barsagh is one of the traditional breads or pastries of Lorestan, Kermanshah, Ilam, and Hamadan provinces and the Lucknow towns such as Kuhdasht and Delfan in Lakestan, Bijar, Sahneh and Badrah. This local pastry is made from flour, sugar, oil, eggs, milk, salt and yellow yolk.
In Sanskrit, it is called Sanskrit. Preparation in Hamadan province is that all the ingredients are mixed and cooked, then thin into a paste and finally fried in plenty of oil. How to prepare barsagh in Ilam and Lorestan is as follows. Mix all the ingredients together and form into conical pellets like fingers (hence the name barsagh) and fry in oil and garnish with sugar.
