The best type of grape to produce raisins belongs to Malayer
Fathi stated that Malayer white seedless grape are the best variety of grape in the country to become raisins for export,
adding that there are 10,600 hectares of vineyards in the city and 75% of the total grape produced are turned into raisins.
Fathi pointed out that the rest of the harvested grape are used for fresh consumption and the production of other derivatives such as juice, basil,
vinegar and juice, noting:
