a comprehensive grape design will be implemented in all grape-growing cities.

He pointed out:
Also, due to the droughts that have occurred in some old and new vineyards in Fars,
new methods have been used instead of flood irrigation, which has had positive results.
Wisdom considered the establishment of a cadastral system for spatial inspection of vineyards useful and added: By implementing this plan, the necessary ground for spatial survey as well as determining suitable places for the development of vineyards will be provided.
The head of the Fars Jihad-e-Agriculture Organization also said:
During a 10-year period, the area of ​​Fars vineyards has increased from 63,000 hectares to 73,000 hectares, and this shows a growth of 13%.
He said that the main development of vineyards in sloping lands and in other areas has been in order to change the cultivation pattern, adding:
During this period, the amount of production has increased from 284 thousand tons to 468 thousand tons, which has increased by 39%.
Kherad reminded:
Fars with a production of 422 thousand tons is the first place and with 16% of the area under cultivation,
the second place is occupied by the area under cultivation.
Kherad said that annually about 20,000 tons of grapes that can be converted into raisins are allocated to raisin processing,
adding that raisins are exported to neighboring provinces and Eastern Bloc countries.
