The vacancy of the centralized market of handicrafts in Tehran
The Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts pointed out: Iranian goods, including domestically produced handicrafts, have originality in addition to beauty, and the protection of Iranian handicrafts is considered as a kind of protection of identity.
Public Relations and Information of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, Ali Asghar Monsan visited the Jahan Crystal factory located in Shams-Abad industrial town and visited different parts of the factory and was closely acquainted with the factory’s products.
He visited the production, cutting, decoration and decoration halls, packaging and sandplasting in this factory and while talking to the workers of different parts of this factory, he emphasized on supporting Iranian goods in the year of production mutation.
Monsoon also called for comprehensive support for the production of Iranian goods, noting the beauty of Iranian goods and the role of workers in economic prosperity, and the need to strengthen support for Iranian goods.
The Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Industries, in a meeting with the CEO and managers of Jahan Crystal Factory, explained the strategies for developing sales and exports of Iranian handicrafts, including crystal, and said that Iranian goods have a special beauty. The title of a gift is a culture in our society, but it needs to be strengthened.
He went on to emphasize the need to control the prices of domestically produced handicrafts, saying that if each handicraft production unit could control the prices of its products, the market and its marketing would increase. Lack of price control restricts marketing, which in turn reduces the market share of manufactured goods and exports.
Monsan said that domestic and foreign tourists should become more familiar with Iranian handicrafts, adding that the place for a centralized handicrafts market in various cities, including Tehran, is empty. By creating a centralized market, tourists will visit this market in the form of domestic and foreign tours, while getting acquainted with the beautiful and luxurious Iranian handicrafts and industries, and will also purchase these products.
