The world’s largest kilim symbol+photo
This symbol, which has an area of 3,200 square meters, has been designed and executed using colored pebbles and soil in the form of a carpet spread on the ground on the side of Sirjan Passenger Park.
Mr. Maki Abadi, the governor of Sirjan, said: “Considering that Sirjan kilim has been registered globally and this city has many mines, Sirjani artists have designed a large role of partner screw kilim and have executed it using soil and stone of Sirjan mines.”
Mr. Soroushnia, the mayor of Sirjan, also said: “The kilim symbol is made of 12 types of colored soil and colored stones of the city, as well as the waste of some industrial units, and has been executed within a month.”
