60% reduction in grape harvest in Tiran and Krone
The director of Jihad Keshavarzi of Tiran and Kron cities said:
the recent drought has reduced the grape harvest by 60%.
Mohsen Haj Abedi stated:
Due to the recent droughts, grape production in Tiran and Krone orchards has decreased and grape harvest this year in Tiran
and Krone has decreased by 60% compared to the previous year.
He specified:
the area under grape cultivation in Tiran and Krone was 1,500 hectares and more than four tons of grapes were harvested.
Haj Abedi added:
The grapes of Tiran and Krone are marketed in different types, including Askari, Mesghali, Mara, Red and Black,
which are harvested from the gardens of Tiran and 20% of them are used to produce vinegar, juice and raisins.
The director of Tiran and Krone agricultural jihad said:
the suitable climate and soil of Tiran and Krone has caused the products of this city, especially grapes, to be of high quality,
and if we have good rainfall, the grape harvest will reach 35 tons,
and Tiran and Krone are one It is the main producer of grapes in Isfahan province.
