ingredients :

  • Drain rice = 5 cups
  • Mutton lamb = 350 grams
  • Barberry = 1 cups
  • Jeweled walnuts = 1/2 cups
  • Saffron Abstract Yogurt = 1 cups
  • Yolk egg = 4 pieces
  • Whole eggs = 1 piece
  • Fried grated onion = 3 tablespoons
  • Liquid oil = 2 soupspons
  • Salt and black pepper, turmeric and cinnamon = as needed
  • Levigated saffron = 1/3 teaspoon

Instruction :

First, grind the onion with the meat and fry the frying oil in a frying pan, then add spices, turmeric, walnuts, barberry, salt, cinnamon and a little saffron dissolved in water.

Then put it in it for 10 minutes to inhale.

Then pour yogurt, eggs, liquid oil and saffron into a bowl, mix with a spoon and add rice.
