Delicious recipe for Muscat Barberry Halva

ingredients :
- Barberry juice = 2 glasses
- Flower starch = 1 cup
- Sugar = 1.5 cups
- Oral liquid glucose = 2 tablespoons
- Liquid oil = 1/2 glass
- cardamom = 1 soupspons
- Barberry = as needed
Instruction :
First, mix the starch with barberry juice and stir until the starch dissolves, and if it turns into a ball-like state, be sure to pass it through a strainer.
Add sugar, and use the ingredients in a copper or cast iron pot to cook halva better.
Turn on the gas flame and place the pan on the gas, stir the ingredients so that it does not become sweet, when the starch is thickening, add the liquid oil.
Then add two tablespoons of edible liquid glucose, and stir the ingredients, the time to cook this Muscat halva is about 30 minutes.
When the Muscat halva reaches the desired concentration and becomes stretchy, turn off the gas flame and immediately add the cardamom powder.
Pour the ingredients into a tray and pour the barberry halva on the surface.
Then put the tray in the refrigerator and for 3 hours, then cut or mold if desired.
tip :
If you wish, you can either take barberry juice yourself or use industrial barberry juice.
If you do not like cardamom powder, you can separate the skin from the cardamom and use it inside the halva.
You can also use pistachio or almond slices to garnish with barberry.
