Beginning of grape harvest in Shadegan
Hamid Matroudi stated: The grape harvest operation has started at the level of 60 hectares and the best is 20 hectares, and it is predicted that the production of grapes will reach 420 tons this year and the best will reach 150 tons.
He added: Grapes are harvested from Soltani, Bangi and Yaghouti varieties
The director of Shadegan Jihad-e-Agriculture stated: Production of healthy and organic products is one of the most important issues related to agriculture in this region, which can be given more attention if the necessary funds are provided for the implementation of the horticulture education and promotion plan.
In the end, Matroudi, referring to the good quality of grapes produced this year, said: Grapes play an important role in the economic basket of households and happy farmers.
