Mobini mentioned the problems facing the development of this sector in the province as lack of working capital, lack of insurance for earthen pools and lack of permits to increase water abstraction from water resources.
He said that the most important priorities of fisheries are implementing new plans to increase production per unit area, releasing juveniles in the province’s ponds, continuing the activity of breeding new aquatic species, creating a culture of consumption and increasing the per capita consumption of fish, mechanizing farms and fish ponds.
