- Sesame = 1 cup
- Honey = 1 cup
- Butter = 60 grams
- Salt = the tip of a teaspoon
Instruction :
first stage:
Pour the sesame and salt in a non-stick, hot pan and stir constantly until it is roasted and slightly colored. Be careful not to paint it brown. It is enough to become golden.
second stage:
Grease the bottom of a medium saucepan with some butter. Pour the honey in the pan and add the butter. Place the pan on low heat until the butter melts and the mixture reaches boiling point (stir constantly to prevent the ingredients from burning)
It takes about ten to fifteen minutes for the mixture to become caramelized and relatively dark in color. To test, pour a quarter teaspoon of the caramel mixture onto a saucer and allow to cool. The caramel should harden slightly after cooling. If it is loose, your razor will stretch like a toffee, and if it is too hard, the razor will be too tight.
third level:
When the caramel is thick enough, add the sesame seeds to the caramel nectar and stir quickly.
Step 4:
Pour the sesame file into the mold while it is hot and smooth it quickly and make deep cuts on it with a knife and let the material cool at room temperature. (When making the cut, it is better to use a greasy and slightly hot knife So that the material does not rise from the mold.
