Delicious Sesame Halva Recipes

ingredients :
- Wheat flour = 1 glass
- Ground sesame = 1 glass
- Oil and butter = 1 glass
- Sugar syrup = 1.5 glasses
- Water = 2.5 glasses
- Saffron = in the required amount
- Rose Water = 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon and cardamom powder from each = 1 teaspoon
Instruction :
First we prepare the syrup, put sugar, water, cardamom and cinnamon on the heat and turn off after boiling a little.
Pour the wheat flour into a suitable container and fry it a little until it becomes raw or smells like flour. After frying for about a quarter to twenty minutes, add the ground sesame and fry it a little with the flour. Then pass it through a wire sieve. Fry the flour with oil, of course, fry it with a gentle flame.
After the color of the flour has changed a little, add the syrup little by little, pour a little syrup, then add rose and saffron and mix thoroughly, add the rest of the syrup and stir the halva well so that the ingredients are mixed together and in a suitable container. We pour and drink.
Other points:
I use Sangak flour for halva.
You can use butter and oil in combination. I add half butter and half oil, butter at the end of frying.
Cardamom and cinnamon make the smell of sesame less noticeable, although it does not have a pungent smell.
The sesame that is grown in Mazandaran province is brown in color (in other words, local) and full of properties, and I use brown sesame.
