Do not eat white rice at dawn

The head of the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences said: eating rice mixed with a nutrient increases dietary fiber and increases tolerance.

Mohammad Hassan Entezari, in an interview with the social reporter of the Iranian Students News Agency in the Isfahan region, stated that in the morning meal, it is better to have rice in the form of cabbage, dill or lentils and not white rice. Nutrients increase dietary fiber and increase tolerance. It also slows down the absorption of water and sugar, and the body can tolerate both a little during fasting.

He stated that hypotension, hypoglycemia, dehydration and heatstroke are some of the issues that should be considered during fasting, he said: If tolerance of these cases is minimized that the morning meal must be observed.

Entezari pointed out that you should not drink too much water at breakfast: Usually drinking too much water at breakfast leads to digestive problems and frequent urination during the day.

He added that during the day, if we feel hot or thirsty, it is better to wet the body, adding: by wetting the body or performing ablutions, we can reduce the thirst a little, and instead of sweating and dehydrating the body. The ablution water evaporates.

The head of the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences pointed to proper nutrition in the Iftar meal and continued: Iftar can be started with a hot food and body temperature such as light tea, lukewarm milk or a glass of lukewarm honey syrup and then eaten. Ash broke his fast.

Entezari stated that the very important point is that in the iftar meal, we should consume plenty of juicy fruits or drink water so that the color of the urine in the morning meal is completely clear: If the color of the urine in the morning meal is brown and full yellow Being colored means that we have transferred today’s dehydration to tomorrow, and in this case, it will definitely be harder for the body to tolerate.

The head of the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences regarding the consumption of zucchini and okra, noted: Consumption of zucchini or okra is not very necessary, but its consumption is not so harmful in one or two cases. Fasting does not mean depriving yourself of tasty food, but if consumed in large quantities, it raises blood sugar and blood pressure, leading to obesity, and it is better to use natural ingredients such as raisins, figs and dates.
