Harvesting of ruby grapes from the orchards of Sarpol-e-Zahab city has started and it is predicted that more than 3000 tons of crops will be harvested from these orchards this year.
Engineer Farhad Sharifi, the head of agricultural jihad in Sarpol-e-Zahab city, mentioned the area of ruby vineyards in this city as 500 hectares and its yield as six tons per hectare.
