INGREDIENTS :

  • Ramsons = 500 grams
  • Rice = 4 cups
  • Oil = 3 to 4 soupspons
  • Salt = as needed
  • Fresh garlic stalk = 2 branches

INSTRUCTION :

1. Wash the rice and soak it with 4 teaspoons of salt (depending on taste). We clean the Ramsons and chop them a little. Put the rice with a suitable amount of water (about 8 cups) and oil on high heat and pour the prepared Ramsons‌ in it.

2. Let the water boil and collect the rice water, then turn down the heat, close the pot and put the kettle on it.
