In experiments on mice, researchers found that eating grapes was effective in reducing anxiety,
anger-induced hypertension and psychological problems.

Antioxidants in grapes play an important role in behavior, learning, memory function and blood pressure, say researchers at Houston University.

Thus, reports, anxiety, worry, psychological problems and blood pressure are complex and distinct disorders, however,
the same factors are involved in these problems. For example, out of 40 million Americans with anxiety, a quarter suffer from high blood pressure.

Anxiety is one of the factors that play a role in learning but so far no reason has been found for this relationship.

Researchers with the help of mice investigated the role of stress and its relationship with psychological problems and blood pressure caused by anger.
The researchers found that stress levels were reduced in mice fed grapes for two weeks and their learning and memory levels increased,
as well as in mice that did not include grapes in their diet.

Dr. Samineh Salim stated in this regard:
This study shows the important role of grapes in people’s health.

He also added:
Grapes, because they are rich in antioxidants, have numerous properties and reduce stress and anxiety in people.
