Regulation of liver activity by consuming grapes
A researcher of Iranian Islamic medicine believes that grapes provide body heat, each kilo of grapes acts like two kilos of meat and, unlike meat,
does not increase the amount of uric acid in the body.
This fruit removes toxins from the body and each kilogram of it is useful as much as one liter of milk.
Dr. Hassan Akbari, pointing out that grapes have a lot of potash and other substances such as iron, iodine, manganese, chlorine,
phosphorus and silica, said:
This fruit has a lot of sugar, tannins and tartaric acid and so on.
Grape fructose enters the bloodstream directly and easily and is stored in the muscles and liver,
while other sugars must first be converted and then absorbed into the bloodstream.
Grapes lower the pH of blood and body fluids and thus fight cancer.
He added:
Raisins not only do not lack any of the properties of fresh grapes, but also have a higher nutritional value than fresh,
diastases on the skin of grapes gradually convert cellulose in the skin into sugar,
and therefore No stomach is upset by eating raisins.
Mothers should know that raisins are the most useful sweet for children as long as they chew the raisins well.
This researcher of Iranian Islamic medicine pointed out:
Grape juice, if taken from healthy and unfermented seeds, is very similar to breast milk in terms of nutritional composition.
It also contains valuable substances such as sugar, tannins, potassium tartrate, gums, calcium, magnesium,
which are useful for heart disease, urea, hyperlipidemia and anemia.
He also added:
Grape juice increases urination and improves gout and joint pain.
This faculty member of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences reminded:
by eating grapes, the stomach is completely emptied, urine is increased and bile secretions become moderate.
Grapes prevent diseases such as food acidity, indigestion, stomach bleeding, kidney and bladder stones
, mercury and lead poisoning (fight against metropolitan air pollution that is inhaled).
Dr. Akbari, emphasizing the beneficial effects of grapes on liver functions, said:
Grapes stimulate liver functions. In mothers who have to use powdered milk to feed the baby,
if they give grape juice to the baby with powdered milk, the effects of powdered milk on the baby’s liver will be prevented.
