Bamiyeh sweets in iran
bamiyeh is one of the Iranian sweets. Raw materials for this type of sweets include yogurt, starch and yeast, which are added to flour after sour and so-called flour.
The egg is then used to make bamiyeh puffs, which has been used recently and has not been used in the past; this is the only difference between the old bamiyeh. When the bamiyeh is ready, it is poured into thickened sugar to absorb the juice. Iranians use Zulbiya and bamiyeh for Iftar during Ramadan.
