angosht pich is a kind of sweet eaten which is considered as souvenir of Hamadan. The raw ingredients of angosht pich are egg whites, rose water, sugar and water, and the confectionery mixes it up enough to make it look like a honeycomb.
This pastry is cooked in Hamadan for 2 to 4 years. In the case of the remaining yolks, there are also symmetrical parsley jars that turn them into yolk halves.
Literally angosht pich refers to anything that is thick and closed that wraps around your finger, such as honey, sap juice. There is also angosht pich halva, which is made from sugar, white alum, eggs, pussy sweat, lemon juice and cardamom.
